| BPF automatic filter press is a improvement of ZYLD automatic filter press in our institute. It has a function of filtration , compression , air blowing , automatic cake discharging and cloth washing . It is especially used in concentrate filtration in concentrator.

- Low of cake moisture; Cake moisture is lower than vacuum filters by reasons of high impetus in filtration. The cake moisture is 4%-8%, and that it is adapted to dewater in high sea-level out of controlling amount of vacuum, So dewatering equipment has a function of diaphragm compression and air blowing besides pressure filtration, cake moisture is very lower than plate and frame filter press.
- Automatic task and high capacity; It has a obvious high efficiency, because of its moving up, drawing away, cake discharging automatically, The capacity is more 4 times than plate and frame filter press.
- High suitability for feeding concentration and direct filter by low concentration；Low of cake moisture and adjusting easy, so it can abolish thickening and drying cake , and replace “thickening-vacuum filtration-drying” in many occasion.
- Advanced touching technology and friendly interface . Applying automatic control technology about “crystal touching screen”, so controlling and adjusting process parameter is very easy, further the more, it has functions of monitoring, automatic warning and malfunction detecting.
